'This offer is an insult to everything we've done'
Health leaders have urged doctors to start formal pay talks with ministers in England, after the breakthrough with other NHS unions yesterday.
Nurses, paramedics and hospital porters are being offered a one-off payment for last year, then a 5 per cent salary increase for the coming year.
The Royal College of Nursing, Unison and the GMB have all said they are backing the deal and are recommending their members accept it but the Unite union doesn't agree.
Prime Minster RISHI SUNAK described the pay settlement as "fair and reasonable" and said he hoped it would act as a template to resolve other disputes
Leicester nurse Jessica Collins, tells us why she will be rejecting the Government's latest offer.
