Malvern's Lara Vafiadis has done it! She's rowed 3000 miles solo across the Atlantic and we get her reaction straight after the epic journey. She did it to support a number of charities but one in particular - Prostate Cancer UK - in memory of her father Nick who sadly passed away last year.
