Buruli Ulcer is a neglected tropical disease affecting the skin and the bone. It mainly affects poor people and if left untreated, it can cause permanent disfigurement and long-term disability. The burden of this disease is in Australia and West African countries including Ghana. The 大象传媒鈥檚 Dorcas Wangira met some of the people suffering from this disease in Ghana, and also met Dr. Lydia Mosi, a leading figure in Ghana鈥檚 fight against Buruli ulcer.
