Eid in Sudan: 'We wake up in tears'
As fighting in Khartoum continues, one resident, Mahasin, says everyone is heartbroken. People have not been able to go to prayers on the first day of Eid - the last day of Ramadan.
Several people she knows have been shot dead including a colleague who was with her whole family trying to flee the city in a car and a young boy being taken to school to pick up a brother.
With no water for seven days and limited food as the shops nearby are closed after looting, her family are relying on the kindness of strangers who are better off.
