Data seen by 大象传媒 Newsnight suggests alcohol related deaths in England and Wales have reached another record high.
Deaths rose sharply during the pandemic but it had been hoped that trend would be reversed once lockdown restrictions were eased, however in 2022, it increased in England by another 4%
