Thousands of Nigerians stuck in Sudan
The Nigerian government says some 7,000 Nigerians are stuck in Sudan. Most of them are believed to be students.
Abubakar Babangida is the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students in Sudan. He told Newsday he is part of a convoy of 27 buses headed to Port Sudan. 鈥淓ach bus is carrying about 50 passengers鈥ll are Nigerians鈥e have like 1,350 people鈥ll of us are worried.鈥
