Two times winners the Southern Vipers suffered their second Rachael Heyhoe defeat of the season as they went down by six wickets to the Central Sparks in Hove. Their all out total of 180 was never going to be enough as the Sparks won in the 42nd over. "We didn't put enough runs on the board." said Vipers captain Georgia Adams.
