ADHD Undercover: How I Was Misdiagnosed

A 大象传媒 Panorama investigation finds how some private clinics in the UK are offering an ADHD diagnosis using quick-fire questions over video chat in as a little as 45 minutes.

More people are trying to get help from the NHS because they think they might have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It's a lifelong condition with symptoms including inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. But waiting times for an ADHD assessment on the NHS have risen, in some areas, to more than five years.

In this episode of 5 Minutes On, 大象传媒 reporter Rory Carson goes undercover for Panorama to investigate how some private clinics in the UK are diagnosing ADHD.
