'We've undertaken 195 missions in 19 countries - that's a total of 2,802 operations'
Just a few days ago we heard how 35 life-saving heart operations were carried out half-way across the world in Nairobi to help save babies and young children.
That number is a small drop, compared with the thousands of young lives saved across the globe thanks to a charity based in Leicester.
It's called 'Healing Little Hearts' and aims to ensure every child that needs heart surgery gets it. These children often come from the poorest of families that do not have the resources to pay for their own healthcare.
The charity also trains surgeons in countries to perform these surgeries themselves.
Dr Sanjiv Nichani from the University Hospitals of Leicester tells Summaya Mughal more about the charity's incredible achievements.
