Bacari-Bronze O鈥橤arro, known as 鈥楳izzy鈥�, is a social media prankster who has faced a legal backlash to his TikTok videos. Some say he went too far to get social media fame and MPs have used him as an example to bring in the proposed Online Safety Bill.
