More than 20 tourists who booked accommodation on Booking.com have been turning up on the doorstep of Karin Arsenius - a woman living with her family in south-east London.

"We just need it to stop somehow," she says, "it is very frustrating." Booking.com has said it has apologised to those affected and removed the listing.

What is it like to have people turning up on your doorstep from countries including Algeria, Canada, and India? Karin and her neighbour James have been telling their versions of the story to Outside Source.
