'No one wants to look at this'
The landlord of The Swan in Mountsorrel says a boom to stop kayakers falling over a weir at the end of his garden is driving away customers.
The Environment Agency installed the plastic barrier at the bottom of the pub garden almost three years ago, and says it is there for public safety and to help people stay clear of the weir. They also say they are aware that the boom collects debris and have programmed checks to manage this.
Jo Hollis went to meet Danny Harwood, who runs the Swan.
