Keir Starmer plans for a 'British jobs bonus'
Sir Keir Starmer has outlined plans for subsidies and incentives to create new jobs in the UK.
The British jobs bonus would recognise firms offering "good work, decent pay and union recognition".
The Labour party leader said his plans for clean energy would create new jobs, enhance energy security and lead to lower bills.
Mr Starmer also said a previously announced publicly-owned green energy company will be based in Scotland.
