The US Coastguard has confirmed the 鈥渃atastrophic implosion鈥� of Titan submersible, and tributes have been paid to those on board who鈥檝e died.

Adam talks to North America Correspondent Nomia Iqbal, who鈥檚 in Newfoundland where it set off from, as well as David Russell, who led the UK effort to rescue survivors from the sunken Russian submarine Kursk in the Barents Sea in 2000.
