Final curtain call for Liverpool's Epstein Theatre
After over a hundred years of music, laughter and song the curtain will fall for the final time at Liverpool's Epstein Theatre.
Earlier this month, the city council confirmed it was bringing financial support for the theatre to an end.
Despite a petition being signed by nearly 15 thousand people, no support package appears to be forthcoming so from Friday 30th June, the lights will go dark at the venue. The council's cabinet member for culture, Harry Doyle responded to criticisms.
Music performed by Asa Murphy.
