Former world triathlon champion in her age group, Kate Strong is on a 3 month, 4800 kilometre cycle challenge around Britain on a bike partly made out of bamboo!

She's doing it to highlight the plight of the planet. Sportshour's Caroline Barker caught up with Kate as her climate cycle was just about to cross the border from Scotland to England.
