Allisen Corpuz’s US Open win receives Presidential approval
Allisen Corpuz is golf’s latest major winner after the American finished three shots ahead of England’s Charley Hull and South Korea’s Shin Ji-yai to win the US Women’s Open.
Victory at Pebble Beach in California was the Honolulu-born golfer’s maiden major and led to an invite of a round of golf with former US President Barack Obama.
The 25-year-old speaks to Sport Today’s Delyth Lloyd about how the weekend unfolded and what it feels like to have Presidential approval.
