Awards 2023: 'It's not worth doing if we can't have a laugh'
Started by a group of friends with a passion for the miniature instrument, Quorn Ukulele Orchestra now have 60 members and support groups across Leicestershire.
They are now finalists in the 'Community Group' Award for the 大象传媒 Radio Leicester Make A Difference Awards 2023.
We asked you to nominate people in the community who go above and beyond. We had hundreds of nominations across all the categories and over the next 8 weeks we are going to reveal that shortlist - and hear from the finalists.
