Episode 3
A rigorous training regime takes its toll on the newest British recruits, and the relentless high kicks of the can-can put one dancer鈥檚 future in jeopardy.
New British recruits Jen and Erin begin three weeks of intense training at the iconic French cabaret club. Their first challenge is to learn the show鈥檚 most famous number, the can-can. More acrobatics than dance, even the most accomplished performer can struggle to master the dizzying array of high-kicks, cartwheels and jump splits, and it starts to dawn on Jen and Erin just how tough the next few weeks are going to be.
Meanwhile, Janet must prepare for one of the Moulin Rouge's most important opportunities to boost ticket sales - the annual New Year's Eve performance on La grande soir茅e, a TV extravaganza watched by millions of viewers across France.
