Why are Australia called the Matildas?
Mani Djazmi speaks to Sharon Young who is credited with coming up with the name Matildas for the Australia women's football team.
The former Australia international explains the link between a mechanical kangaroo from the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane and a famous Royal to the Matildas getting their name.
Young also shares a personal story and how she hopes the Women's World Cup will provide a platform for women's football in Australia.
