Adventure Island boss defends "sexist" Lioness post
The owner of Adventure Island in Southend, Philip Miller MBE, has defended a post on social media which has been criticised by local councillors.
Mr Miller posted a photo of a sink piled high with dirty plates and cutlery, along with the caption: "the tragic side affects [sic] of the women's World Cup."
Mr Miller posted the image on X - formerly known as Twitter - along with the words, "good luck girls", shortly after the England women's team reached the World Cup final.
