Food Thursday - Corn Ribs

Corn Ribs.

Ingredients:-
• 2 tsp Coriander, ground
• 2 Corns, on the cob
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 2 tsp Oregano
• 2 tsp Paprika
• 1 pinch of Salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp Olive oil

How to make:-
1. Cut the corn on the cob into riblets using a sharp knife.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
3. Season your corn riblets with the dry ingredients.
4. Drizzle the corn ribs with the olive oil.
5. Mix everything well and make sure the riblets are fully coated.
6. Place the riblets on a baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 30-40 minutes until the corn is fully done.
