Andrew Small, who is the founder of the Busketeers Choir, is a finalist in the Fundraiser category for the 大象传媒 Essex Make A Difference Awards. The Busketeers are a community choir which Andrew established with the aim of raising 拢1 million for charity. Three years on, he鈥檚 already raised 10% of his target. He teaches four choirs across Essex every week and has raised money for charity through performances and online videos.
