Matthew Panda Smyth started weightlifting a couple of years ago to tackle lockdown-related depression. He now holds the title of England's strongest disabled man.
He joins Steve Harris in the studio to talk breaking records (and gym equipment) before heading to the Britain's Disabled Strongman competition this year.
