Ulez - the Ultra Low Emission Zone scheme - has expanded to cover almost all of Greater London. So if you drive a more polluting car or van anywhere in Greater London, you'll now have to pay 拢12.50 per day. The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan says it鈥檚 essential for people鈥檚 health, but many residents have complained about the cost. Rachel Burden gets reaction from 5 Live listeners.
