Why is litter such a problem in Liverpool?
Litterpool. Not a very pleasant nick name, but it's one that's being used to reflect the current state of Liverpool's streets.
The Liberal Democrats are launching a campaign accusing the Labour-run council of failing to get the basics right when it comes to clean streets.
