WW2 prototype catapult unearthed in Harwell
There was once an idea 鈥 being developed at the start of the Second World War - to catapult a bomber plane into the air. It never made it off the ground, if you excuse the pun, but the prototype has just been excavated in the grounds of Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire.
Susan Porter is from Museum of London Archaeology and is the lead archaeologist on this fascinating discovery. She talks to 大象传媒 Radio Oxford鈥檚 Bridgitte Tetteh.
