Wolverhampton's taxi troubles
Almost 1 in 3 private hire taxi drivers in England have got their licences by City of Wolverhampton Council. Over 36,000 private have a Wolverhampton plate.
You're probably thinking well.. what's wrong with that?
Well it's causing a problem in Manchester... there are almost nine thousand drivers registered more than 80 miles away in Wolverhampton.
Transport for Greater Manchester wants the law to change saying local councils "cannot guarantee a high standard" from out of town drivers.
