Political titan of the Labour Party Alastair Campbell - who worked as the communication strategist and spin doctor for Tony Blair - has been in Cheltenham to talk politics at the towns annual literature festival. Ahead of his talk our Political Reporter Edward Rowe caught up with him, talking about local politics, his new book and what he thinks the leaders of the major parties need to do to connect with voters ahead of the next election.
