Humza Yousaf on 'long road to recovery' after Babet
First Minister Humza Yousaf has said there will be a "long road to recovery" for people impacted by Storm Babet.
The first minister was visiting Brechin where homes were flooded after the River South Esk burst its banks.
Mr Yousaf said Angus Council would receive the funding it needs to recover but did not confirm how much financial aid would be provided.
Two people have died in Scotland, including Wendy Taylor, who was swept away in the Water of Lee, Glen Esk.
