Tom Baker looks back on his life and his role as The Doctor
One of the longest serving Doctors of all time, Tom Baker became the fourth incarnation of the Doctor in 1974, staying until 1981. He reinvigorated the programme, seeing it through some of the show鈥檚 most popular adventures and with his trademark hat and scarf, introduced a silhouette for the character that is still recognised today by fans and non-fans alike.
In this new interview, Tom reflects on his early life, his connection to religion and how his training as a monk led him to the role of his career.
