Dr. Ranj on dementia
As a new study by University College London shows the number of people predicted to be affected by Dementia by 2040 in England and Wales is 42% higher than previously thought, Dr. Ranj joined us to talk about how to spot the signs of the condition in yourself and others, and what help, support and treatment is available. He also be explained how, as the days get shorter, some people with dementia may also experience "sundowning", which is a change in behaviour in the later afternoon.
