Heart transplant needed for Kings Heath boy

This Friday millions of pounds will be raised for 大象传媒 Children in Need.

'Little Hearts Matter', based in Birmingham, has benefited from 拢26k of Pudsey's money.

It's a charity that helps children who were born with half a heart.
