With millions of parcels set to be delivered over the next two months, the criminals are cashing in, by pretending to be delivery drivers waiting to intercept thousands of pounds worth of goods you didn't even order. Rav's here with his warning of the week talking about current parcel delivery scams. He explains how fraudsters carry out the scams. He also discusses why, if you receive something out of the blue, you need to call the retailer straight away, instead of handing over any parcels. We have CCTV footage from one of our team that shows just how criminals do it.
