"I quit uni to become Henley's youngest gin maker"
The Henley Distillery was opened two years ago by Jacob Wilson, who is one of the youngest Master Distillers in the country.
They鈥檝e had a lot of recognition since that launch 鈥� and recently were honoured at this year鈥檚 Great Taste Awards.
Sarah Walker chats to Jacob about how an ultimatum from his parents made him quit university and focus on his passion for creating drinks.
