Blackhurst Butchers at Southport Market is celebrating 60 years of doing what they do best.
The family-run business was started by John Blackhurst in 1963 and has been operated by his son, Tony, for the past quarter of a century.
Father and son give us an insight into life as a butcher, working together, how Southport market has changed and the big build-up to Christmas.
