Liverpool's 'no-grass' culture ruining lives
18 year old Andrew Jones from Walton was on a night out in the city centre in March 2003, when he was punched to the ground and later died.
His family have hit out at the no-grass culture which they say has prevented them getting justice.
Last week, the mother of murder victim Ashley Dale was able to secure justice for her daughter, when four men were jailed for life.
But in a statement, read by her police liaison officer afterwards, they said there were others who've been waiting too long.
The family of Andrew Jones tell their story about how they've been left in limbo.
