This weekend Leicester Tigers Women face Loughborough Lightning in the first ever top flight meeting between two Leicestershire sides in any sport.
Lining up for Tigers this weekend will be the US winger Tess Fuery, who has a remarkable story.
A paediatric nurse, during COVID Tess found herself on the wards saving lives in her hometown of New Jersey while also training for the world cup.
Tigers reporter Adam Whitty spoke to her about that time.
