Seeds from the world-famous Sycamore Gap Tree next to Hadrian's wall are being germinated by staff at the National Trust.
It was chopped down by someone in September. Inquiries continue to find the culprit. Sarah Pemberton is the trust's Assistant Director of Operations for the North East.
