Dorset couple's cube croissant wins prestigious award
M's Bakery in Boscombe has won 'New Bakery Product of the Year' from the Baking Industry Awards for its chocolate and raspberry cube-shaped croissant.
The layered cube is an English-take on a concept that originated in Sweden five years ago and takes husband and wife Istvan and Marta Ndhzi three days to make.
We've been along to meet them at their bakery - and have also been chatting to Amy North, who's Editor of British Baker magazine and judged the croissant.
