Penrith station clarinet serenade wows passengers
The clarinet now arriving on platform two is played by Phil Lowe, much to the delight of travellers on the West Coast Main Line. Seventy nine year old Phil has proven to be a hit with passengers, and its been just the ticket for him to combat loneliness and meet new people. Photo Stuart Walker.
