Flood warnings remain in place in Leicestershire
Numerous warnings for flooding are in place in Leicestershire.
The Environment Agency has issued more than 180 warnings across Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Heavy rainfall on already saturated ground caused widespread disruption yesterday and the wet weather is due to continue.
Fire crews in Leicester have had to rescue people from their flooded homes in the city after water levels reached chest height on one road. Rob Sleath from Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service explains how they've been helping residents tackle floodwater in Thurcaston, and Nigel Spencer from Leicestershire and Rutland 4x4 responders tells us how they've been helping stranded motorists.
