Well, this is a novel idea.

Bootle-based charity Y-Kids needed help to move a shop full of books to new premises.

They asked volunteers from the community to form a human chain and pass the books by hand from the old bookshop, through The Strand, to their new shop on Stanley Road.

Here's how Kingsley and Co Bookshop moved into its new home.
