Bankrupt Birmingham: 'We have to do better'
Next month the Council will set its budget as it tries to plug a 拢300m financial hole over the next two years.
Those problems have been compounded by a 760m equal pay bill and an 拢80m overspend after issues with IT system Oracle.
In the coming days and weeks we'll hear what is likely to change for Birmingham residents.
