The Kirkby Lonsdale Ukraine pizza samaritan
Jozef Mycielski led a campaign which raised 65 thousand pounds to convert a truck into a pizza van called The Wolf. On his latest trip to Ukraine he's brought a slice of life to hundreds of hungry displaced people in sub-zero conditions. The van helps children forget about the war with dance, football, and pizza masterclasses. At the beginning of the war Jozef - who's half Polish - felt very strongly about the conflict - and he felt that he had to do something, It's run by the Siobhan Trust, which has eight trucks out in Ukraine.
