Are potholes getting worse?
Liberal Democrat, Stafford Borough Councillor, Alec Sandiford has been campaigning about potholes for the last four years.
Staffordshire County Council says its aware of a small number of potholes on this residential road and we have plans in place to carry out surfacing works during the summer that will repair the potholes and seal the road surface to prevent further potholes from appearing.
Last year, Staffordshire Highways filled more than 16,000 carriageway potholes - way more than the local authority average of 11,000. The county council - along with others in England - is asking for more investment to try and avoid constant winter repairs.
