Former sub-postmaster - 'I just want my name cleared'
A former sub-postmaster wrongly accused of embezzlement during the post office IT scandal has had his conviction overturned.
Rab Thomson, from Alva, told 大象传媒 Scotland he just wanted to have his name cleared.
Mr Thomson was prosecuted after an audit found an apparent shortfall of 拢5,700 and sentenced to 250 hours of community service.
Mr Thomson's mother died brfore , who was convicted in 2006, is the fifth person in Scotland to have their post office conviction quashed.
The scandal has been described as the most widespread British miscarriage of justice in modern times.
