A family told the 大象传媒 they had to move 180 miles to find a special-needs place for their four-year-old.
When visiting relatives in Newbury, the Jenkins - from Manchester - found a nursery for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), run by the charity Dingley's Promise.
