Join us at the Old Bailey to follow the trial of Constance Marten, from Dorset, and Mark Gordon, from London, who are charged with causing the death of their new-born child after a body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023 – both Ms Marten and Mr Gordon deny the charges against them. In this episode we hear from witnesses who saw and interacted with the couple as they travelled around the country. We also hear from the first of our special guests, former Major Crime Detective Paul Barton, who gives us an insight into his career and experience of the criminal justice system.
