A Guide to Bagpiping at Euro 24
Martin Brown - a Scotland fanatic and self-taught bagpiper - takes us through his repertoire which he says will lead the squad to success.
The Famous Tartan Army magazine has given the news that Scotland fans are to be allowed to take bagpipes inside stadiums at Euro 2024 a big thumbs up. It was feared the Tartan Army may be without their traditional soundtrack this summer because of UEFA guidelines barring "mechanical sound-emitting devices" from fixtures. But the governing body has said the instruments will be permitted - as long as they are registered with the Scottish Football Association.
So for this latest episode of this 5 Minutes On podcast - ahead of the tournament - we thought it might be fun to explore what this might sound like. Happy to help out was Martin Brown - self-taught bagpiper and loyal Scotland supporter.
